I run that command but nothing happened! And named.conf option is
dump-file "/data/cache_dump.db"; , I checked that directory that file
doesn't exist!!

File / directory permissions perhaps?
chroot jail possibly. '/data' would be relative to the chroot director
that BIND is running from.
