I get this for all my secondaries for my reverse domain:

I don't get this for my forward domain and the SOA for both are
similarly structured. For the reverse I have:
zone "128-26.67.83.208.in-addr.arpa" {
type master;
file "128-26.67.83.208.in-addr.arpa.zone";
allow-transfer { httslaves; };
};
$ORIGIN 128-26.67.83.208.in-addr.arpa.

20m
2w
2h )
@ IN NS onlo.htt-consult.com.
IN NS ns1.icsl.net.
IN NS ns1.clearrate.com.
IN NS ns2.clearrate.com.
Is this a case of my ISP not properly setting up the delegation? I
have tested from the outside and have no trouble resolving, say
208.83.67.148 to onlo, so they have something right (they still have
not done the delegation for my ip6.arpa zone).
Further review shows that ns1.clearrate.com and ns2 have no problems
with the transfer:

external: transfer of '128-26.67.83.208.in-addr.arpa/IN': AXFR-style
IXFR started
Feb 25 19:43:21 onlo named[19336]: client 208.83.64.6#56237: view
external: transfer of '128-26.67.83.208.in-addr.arpa/IN': AXFR-style
IXFR ended
but ns1.icsl.net fails:
Mar 1 10:33:20 onlo named[32262]: client 63.68.132.50#48353: view
external: bad zone transfer request: '192-26.67.83.208.in-addr.arpa/IN':
non-authoritative zone (NOTAUTH)
SInce this zone is delegated from 67.83.208.in-addr.arpa. from
ns1.clearrate.com, do I ping them to add ns1.icsl.net as an NS? It is
not enough for me to list them in my zone file?
