The 9.9.4-rc1 patch does not apply cleanly to 9.9.4.
I'm working on a new set of RRL/RPZ2/RRL+PRZ patches. When I finally
finish, I will announce them in the RRL and RPZ mailing lists. I've
promised to finish this week.
