Your private IP addresses are being NATed, presumably in a firewall.
192.168.60.253 and 192.168.70.253 are *not* the addresses visible on
the Internet (for instance at Google's server 8.8.8.8).

You need to look at what's happening at the firewall. We cannot help
you with traffic probems when using private IP addresses.
