There's no need for blanket IPv6 reverse DNS.

Only set up reverse DNS for your statically allocated v6 addresses. Leave
everything else with no reverse DNS, or you can use a wildcard PTR to
identify that they are dynamic.

If you are delegating prefixes to your customers (DHCPv6 PD) then ideally
you should allow your customers to get their reverse DNS delegated too, so
that they can control the contents.
