Bleeding-edge distros like Gentoo Linux will probably have packages within a short time. If you use Homebrew on your system, you'll also have the newest version soonish. Most of the major distributions are conservative, and are unlikely to have this new version in their base installation any time soon. However, ISC creates packages of the newst versions for some of the more common distros like Debian, Ubuntu, CentOS and Fedora.
