Thanks for that tracker page link. I knew Debian supported older
versions in the past, but I knew only packages.debian.org page. I am not
even sure what debian releases still receive some form of security
fixes. I was Debian user in potato era. This has it all on the same
place. Saved it into bookmarks.

Is there any other group, company or individual, who does the same? I
could use some peer review or ideally some help with writing some
tests for those old versions. Are there any distribution maintainers
working with such old releases?
Debian usually backports security fixes to older versions, bullseye
still ships 9.16: https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/bind9
