Ø Fluency in English essential
Ø Willingness to travel extensively
Ø Good understanding of solution selling and knowledge of marketing
processes
Ø Good communication and presentation skills and strong analytical,

4. Business Consultant Uone (1 position based in Kuala Lumpur)
Skills required:
Ø Minimum of 3 years experience in telecoms support, engineering or
presales should have good understanding of voice mail, video mail or
similar solutions
Ø Strong networking skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Ø Fluency in English essential.
Ø Willingness to travel extensively
Ø Good understanding of solution selling and knowledge of marketing
processes
Ø Good communication and presentation skills and strong analytical,
writing and reporting skills
5. Customer Support Engineer - Messaging (2 positions based in
Kuala Lumpur)
Skills required:
Ø Knowledge in telco protocols: SS7/C7, SIGTRAN, GSM/IS41 MAP
(particularly SMS)
Ø Knowledge in computer networks: Ethernet, TCP/IP, WAN (ISDN, VPN),
TDM (E1/TI)
Ø Knowledge of telco core network architecture: UMTS, GSM or CDMA
Ø Familiarity with Operating Systems: Open VSM, UNIX or Linux
Ø Familiarity with HP/Compaq Alphaservers is a plus
Ø Experience with Cisco or similar network equipment
6. Customer Support Engineer Mobile Internet (1 position based in
Kuala Lumpur)
Skills required:
Ø Strong LAN/WAN network knowledge: TCP, IP routing, IP-VPN etc.
Ø WAP and MMS protocols
Ø Worked with network equipment, preferably Cisco: firewalls, routers,
load-balancers, switches, RAS, etc.
Ø Internet mail and web protocols IMAP, POP, SMTP, HTTP
Ø Knowledge of messaging protocols like SOAP, SMPP or UCP is an advantage
Ø Familiar with Solaris, Tru64 UNIX or Linux basic system administration
Ø Experience in a telecoms VAS environment is a plus
7. Customer Support Engineer Payments (1 position based in Kuala
Lumpur)
Skills required:
Ø Good Knowledge in RDBMS - preferably Informix. Certified in
Database is added advantage.
Ø Certified CCNA other certificates will be an added advantage
Ø Experience and familiar with HP-UX, Solaris, Win2k and Linux
operating system
Ø Experience in Unix scripting and programming languages - C, C++,
Java, Perl
8. Project Manager (1 position based in Kuala Lumpur)
Skills required:
Ø Minimum of 3 years project management experience within the telecoms
industry
Ø Strong communication and leadership skills
