Kalo masalah IP bentrok kemungkinan dari AP nya menjalankan service dhcp yang range ip nya sama dengan ip lan yang sudah terpakai. WEP itu buat security di wireless lan, kalo no signal kemungkinan konfigurasi di sisi wireless client belum benar. Kalo WEP didisable berarti user dapat masuk ke jaringan tersebut tanpa perlu password. Alternatifnya kalo ga mau pake WEP, nyalain filter mac-address client yang boleh connect ke AP. Semoga membantu.
