1. Definition of the implementation strategy; preparation and

4. Streamlining the issue resolution process
5. Ensure that the project is well communicated and received by all

Qualification:
1. Male/Female, age max.35 years old.
2. Experience handle project in software development environment
preferable in financial industry for at least 4 year
3. S1 degree Graduate from Informatics Engineering/Informatics
Management GPA min.3.00
4. Know about Language programming such Visual Basic and Data Base
Programming such Access and SQL 2003.
5. Having knowledge in General Insurance will be preferable
6. Computer Literature (Ms. Office Tools)
PROGRAMMER &
SENIOR PROGRAMMER

Key Roles & Responsibilities
§ Develop programming and modification on scope of work with
Standardization Coding Programming regarding business process definition and
effectively mapped in the software configuration
§ Assist in the definition of development standards and policies
§ Ensure effective post-implementation support is established for
each Module been develop.
§ Create data conversion programs
§ Creates customized reports
§ Develop customized forms
§ Can Lead Junior Programmer
Qualification:
1. Male/Female, age max. 35 years old.
2. For Programmer : minimum 1-year experience and Fresh Graduated
encouraged to apply.
3. For Senior Programmer : having experience handle project in software
development environment preferable in financial industry for at least 4 year
4. S1 degree Graduate from Informatics Engineering/Informatics
Management GPA min.3.00
5. Skill full in VB 6.0, Visual Basic.net., .Net Framework and Data
Base Programming SQL 2000/2003
6. Familiar with Microsoft Solution Framework.
7. Having business insurance knowledge will be advantage
8. Computer Literature (Ms. Office Tools)
