1. Sales Director (code H-1-WS) · Target oriented to achieve annual sales quota, aggressive, independent, high level of confidence. · Being an Executive, should have strong leadership in product/market development, as well as overseeing technical team. · Has around 5 years of experience in doing IT software solution sales. 2. Project Manager (2 persons, code H-2-WS) · Has around 5 years in leading full cycle implementation processes (user requirement, scoping, design, customization/development, testing, documentation, training, maintenance, etc.). · Has good leadership in managing technical team and project. · Has good interpersonal relationship with clients. 3. Functional Consultant (code H-3-WS) · Has strong functional background in one/more areas: finance, accounting, banking, insurance, production, etc. 4. Product Manager (code H-4-WS) · Interested to go in-depth one/more product and be ready to act as Pre-Sales Consultant. 5. Business Analyst (code H-5-WS) · Doing implementation and technical support roles, creative in alternative solutions.
