saya pernah kost di royani 1 sekitar 650 ribu tanpa ac. yg ac sekitar 1 juta lebih. ada teman kost di royani ujung, 900 pakai ac, kamarnya agak terpencil. di karet sawah ada yg 750 pakai ac. agak ke arah pedurenan (ke belakang lagi), lebih murah. lebih baik, kunjungi langsung.
