 Job Title: *NOC - Network Engineer (Managed Services)*

Location: *Singapore*


*Key Responsibilities*:

He/she would:

  * Provide 2nd level helpdesk and post-sales support for troubleshooting
the customers' global network infastructure problems (mainly in WAN).
  * Maintained and managing the customers' WAN network connectivity,
healthy, performance, security and integrity
  * Perform daily operational of network managed services and pro-active
monitoring including configuring and adding network devices into the
company's Network Monitoring System
  * Perform change requests (MAC - Move, Add, Change) & troubleshooting of
network fault related of the managed services and network hardware
maintenance support with the customers and telecommunication providers

  Additional Responsibility:
  * Assist in monthly and quarterly generation of network statistics and
health's report as needed
  * Assist to setup various network monitoring tools, procedures and
guidelines as needed
  * Assist in annual external network audit process for some of managed
services customers
  * Available for receive standby calls after office hours when calls need
to be escalate to him/her


*Key Requirements*:
   * Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in global / regional WAN
and LAN related technologies
   * Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in managing and
monitoring Cisco network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewalls - ASA/PIX)
   * Candidate must have extensive hands-on working experiences with good
concepts of network routing (WAN) related such BGP, VRF, EIGRP, OSPF
   * Cisco CCNA certification is a must

   Desired Requirements:
   * Candidate who have background or experience in configuring, managing or
monitoring network security devices such as SonicWall, BlueCoat, Juniper
NetScreen or Fortinet is a plus
   * Candidate who have background or experience in configuring, managing or
monitoring system related servers such as Windows 2008/2003 Servers (AD,
GPO, PKI Cert) as well as Microsoft Exchange 2007 is a plus
   * Other relevant certifications in Information Technology including CCNP,
CCSP, MCP, MCSE is a plus


*Key Attributes*:
  * Candidate must have a pleasant personality with good interpersonal
skills to handle customers' requirement in day-to-day operation
  * Candidate must be good in systematic network troubleshooting approach
  * Candidate must have Hands-on and Can-do attitute
  * Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  * Ability to work on mutiple tasks as required

  Desired Attributes:
  * Supervision experience is a plus
