We are a Group Company in Indonesia, seeking suitable candidates for IT Support. IT Support will be responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer and communication networks. The goal is to ensure the smooth operation of communication and computer networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for their users.
Work activities shall include : Installing, supporting and maintaining server and infrastructure including MS Active Directory; Managing email server, anti spam and virus protection; Setting up user accounts and permissions; Maintain and monitor network device and usage; Ensuring the most cost-effective and efficient use of servers; Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business; Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to simple problem such as forgotten password; Undertaking routine preventative measures and implementing, maintaining and monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet and/or third party; Providing training and technical support for users with varying levels of IT knowledge and competence; Working closely with other departments/organizations planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work; Managing the website and keeping internal networks running. The candidate should posses the following criteria : Minimum 3 years of working experience; Minimum Bachelor degree from a reputable university; Hands on knowledge and experience on MS Windows Servers and Active Directory system; Able to work under minimum supervision and/or team work; Willing to travel to branches; Experience in UNIX system is a plus.
