I now have a working version here locally, and several minutes ago
Laurent Gatto merged my changes as mzR-2.7.10

I apparently got the merging to zlibbioc wrong, and now use the libz
that is part of the windows libraries
from http://www.stats.ox.ac.uk/pub/Rtools/libs.html

So we are on the right track, and need for the Build machines
to pick up mzR-2.7.10 ...

Yours,
Steffen
