Dear Nitesh, Things are working, thanks. One minor suggestion: would it be worth pointing out (for example, in https://github.com/Bioconductor/bioc_git_transition ) that to clone with read/write permissions we might need to add the ssh key to the agent in the current session, specially if we use a key different from id_rsa? (This is covered, for instance, in https://help.github.com/articles/error-permission-denied-publickey/ )
