master.bioconductor.org will be off-line today (July 18) starting at 4pm EST.
We are downsizing the EC2 instance and expect this to take about 1 hour.
This outage should not be disruptive to most users because CloudFront is used
to cache objects from master.bioconductor.org. If you happen to make a request
for a non-cached object you will get an error during this time.
I'll post back when this is done.
