Did you set the upstream remote?

The upstream remote should be

g...@git.bioconductor.org:packages/maSigPro.git

git remote add g...@git.bioconductor.org:packages/maSigPro.git will set this.

what do you see when you do remote -v?

If that is set...

Did you remember to git push upstream master?

And was there a version bump with the commit?

Subject: [Bioc-devel] BIOC devel 3.6 buid/check

Hi,Last month I made changes in maSigPro package in the master branch by
github. It seems that all is ok. However, changes are not in the check reports:
http://www.bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/maSigPro/
New version must be 1.49.4.

Is there any step I am not doing correctly?

Thank you in advance.
