Hi bioc-devel,

I couldnt find the answer to the following conundrum on the Bioc website: how
do I change my Bioconductor pkg email address?

I need to fix a build error for slalom introduced with changes in knitr, but I
cannot clone the developer version of the slalom package (git clone
g...@git.bioconductor.org:packages/slalom<mailto:g...@git.bioconductor.org:packages/slalom>).

I looked at the FAQs and determined that I need to log in to the
BiocCredentials app. Trying that doesnt recognise my
dmccar...@svi.edu.au<mailto:dmccar...@svi.edu.au> email address  Im sure
thats because the email address associated with me for the slalom package is
da...@ebi.ac.uk<mailto:da...@ebi.ac.uk->. Unfortunately my
da...@ebi.ac.uk<mailto:da...@ebi.ac.uk> email address has been closed.

So it looks like I need to change my email address to log in to
BiocCredentials, but I need to log in to BiocCredentials to make changes to the
package, including my email address.

How do I crack this Catch-22 situation?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Best wishes,

Davis
