Hi I finally have the devel version of my R package IsoformSwitchAnalyzeR working (sorry I did not make it before the 1.17 release, but a new dependency was only approved last second).
But now the devel version <https://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/IsoformSwitchAnalyzeR.html> does not seem to have a vignette. Does anybody have an idea why that is?
