Maintainer of the code.bioconductor.org site here. Thanks for the report. The certificate is exactly the same as the one used by all other bioconductor.org sites, however we recently changed (February 21st) how it is applied to the code.bioconductor.org subdomain. Did you happen to try this more than a few weeks ago and it worked? Our testing was done in the browser, which as others have said seems to work, but I also see the issue with curl.
I'll talk to our IT department about whether this is related to that change we made - they'll probably be interested in case the issue would also apply to other sites we host. I'll report back here if we change things.
