Hello, I am trying to reset my password, but when I try to reset I don’t get the email (also nothing in the Spam folder). When I try to activate my account again I get the following message:

I am currently the maintainer of CytoGLMM (Release (3.18)), and a co-author of spillR (Development (3.19)). Thanks for your help!
