Dear Bioconductor Maintainers,
I am facing a build/check error for BioC Release 3.20 (
https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.20/bioc-LATEST/methylKit/nebbiolo2-buildsrc.html).
I already pushed a hotfix commit and a version bump (
https://code.bioconductor.org/browse/methylKit/commit/d374f650e6618896d394224e230bd15b82f0f54f),
but this did not get reflected in the build.
Am I missing some steps regarding hotfixes for the current release?
