Hi Paul,

Whoops, I meant:

git remote set-url --add <remote_name> <url> (not <branch_name>)

Hi Paul,

One other alternative that I don't see mentioned in Lori's link is that you may find it
useful to set multiple remotes (git remote set-url --add <branch_name> <url>),
but that assumes your branch name on Bioconductor matches your GitHub. See
stackoverflow.com/a/14290145 (removing the URL prefix to avoid stupid MITM URL rewrites).
Then you can have both GitHub Actions and Bioconductor's checks yell at you :o)

Hi,
I know this is a bit stupid so sorry.
My package is failing but I have corrected it on my github repository.
I want to push this to Bioconductor but don't seem to be able to manage
that.
Can someone help or point me towards the information, please?
     Thanks,
Paul
