Hi All Please help! I am completing some research for my thesis from Dublin City University - MSc in Organisational & Work Psychology. I am investigating online communities of practice. Can the same findings found from communities of practice within organisations be applied to online communities? How do trust, personal innovativeness & computer playfulness affect the quality of knowledge sharing and the individual impact of the knowledge sharing?
