Thanks for the reply. I am getting a very strange error while doing this (SNP search in entrez snp). When I select the Functional class "locus region" and "splice site" I get the following error. Limits: locus region Quoted phrase not found. See Details. No items found. My query string is CFTR AND homo sapiens[Organism] Limits> Functional Class >locus region Any insights?
