Hi dear Friends,
This is Budheswar, working as a JRF at
AAU,Jorhat in Agri-Bioinformatics Promotion programme project funded by DIT,
New-Delhi. As a part of my project work I want to know how to do functional
annotation of ESTs data after assembly of contigs and singlet files.
Please guide me if any one is working on ESTs data analysis.
