Great! One thing that would be useful, would be to merge the TwoBit
functionality to use biocore as a basis. This means that it should be
its own library ("biotwobit", perhaps), and no longer should use the
Sequence data type, but can use its own internal type, which implements
the BioSequece typeclass.

Biocore is quite new, and it would be great to have feedback on how well
things work, especially with respect to documentation and the wiki (at
http//biohaskell.org/). Please update stuff that is confusing, and add
what is needed.
