Hi,
Anyone out there using Brian Browning's beagle software (especially the new
version 4)? I can run the examples successfully but am getting a rather
uninterpretable error on my own data:
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: -1

Just wondering if anyone's got it working successfully on data other than the
downloadable examples.
