I am involved with organizing Career Symposium this year. As you all know, next Tuesday is the Career Symposium (May 14th, 8-5pm at Natcher). For the first time, we have a dedicated panel for "Careers in Bioinformatics" (11am-12pm at bldg. 45, room F1/F2), which features bioinformaticians and computational biologists. If you are currently in a transitional stage of your careers or just curious about the field, this panel may provide very helpful insights. During the session, there will be an ample time for questions and answers, and you'll be able to establish connections with panelists.
