Hi, everyone -- Just a reminder that the Current Topics in Genome Analysis series will continue this Wednesday, March 12. I will be giving this week's lecture, which will be the second of two lectures focusing on biological sequence analysis. The lecture will take place in the Lipsett Amphitheatre, NIH Clinical Center (Building 10) from 9:30 am to 11:00 am. The course syllabus and handouts can be found on the CTGA Web site, located at http://genome.gov/COURSE2012. The handout for Wednesday's lecture has already been posted. Hardcopies of the lecture handout will *not* be available in the lecture hall, so please be sure to download and print a copy before coming to the lecture. If you've missed any of the lectures in the series, you can find links to each of the videos on the "Course Syllabus, Handouts, and Videos" page of the CTGA Web site. The videos will normally be available about one week after the live lecture. (Due to the AV issues we experienced in the lecture hall last week, posting of the video for week 2 will be delayed.) See you on Wednesday! Andy
