Hi, all. Additional resources (nodes) are now available to CCR investigators on biowulf. The total number of nodes available is 224, which comes to 7168 cores. The 96 new nodes machines are configured with 128GB RAM, 32 cores, and approximately 800GB SSD drives. This is in addition to the previously available 128 nodes. Core limits have been adjusted upwards to reflect the newly available resources (current allocation is available via the "batchlim" command).
