Hi, The NIH Library Bioinformatics Support Program commissioned quick-start video tutorials by Dr. Sijung Yun for next generation sequencing data analysis. The videos, specific to the bioinformatics workstations in the Library’s reading room, cover both DNA-Seq and RNA-Seq. To view the tutorials, reserve the workstation with the software of interest by going to our website at http://nihlibrary.libcal.com/booking/bioinfo_workstations. · Workstation 1 has videos for Partek Flow; · Workstation 2 has videos for CLC Genomics Workbench; and · Workstation 3 has videos for DNASTAR SeqMan NGen and QSeq. (Note: Partek Flow is for demonstration purposes only. It is a web application that requires a Helix account.) To access the videos, open the desktop folder labeled NIH Library Video Tutorials and click on the video of interest. Headphones are available at the Information Desk.
