Intended audience:
- biological and bioinformatics researchers working on genomics interested in
a cloud solution for data analysis
- Investigators interested in mining or querying TCGA data
Background:
As many of you may be aware, the NCI has sponsored the development of three
Cancer Genomics Cloud Pilot projects meant to democratize access to large
datasets like TCGA as well as to provide flexible tools for querying and
analyzing existing and new data (including your own datasets). In the series
of sessions meant to introduce these Cancer Genomics Cloud Pilots, we will
present an overview and then example use cases of the SevenBridges Cloud Pilot
Platform.
This session will include a walkthrough that is optionally hands-on, so bring
your laptop to get the most out of the session.
