Dear Sean,

The Connectivity Map and NIH LINCS program are excited to announce a workshop
hosted at the Broad Institute in Cambridge, MA from December 4-6, 2018.

This event will feature a suite of training modules aimed at users of L1000 and
LINCS data. Topics include:

Data access and resources - a deep dive into the upcoming release of 2,000,000
gene expression profiles generated by CMap-LINCS.

LINCS CRISPR Data - first reports from the generation and analysis of
CRISPR-based loss-of-function signatures.

Integrative Connectivity Map - improving predictions of biological function
through the integration of diverse readouts from gene expression, cell
morphology, cell viability and phosphoproteomics.

Connectivity Map Case Studies - examples of Connectivity Map L1000 applications
in therapeutic discovery projects.

As the workshops will be focused on the analysis of large-scale datasets and
computational approaches, we recommend that participants be comfortable with
programming. Researchers from academia and industry are invited to apply, and
academic scientists will also be eligible for grants to waive the registration
fee and partially cover travel expenses.

We hope to accommodate as many researchers as possible, but due to limited
seats, we ask that anyone who would like to attend complete the registration
form.<https://clue.io/workshop2018>

If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to the workshop
organizers at [email protected].

Looking forward to seeing you in December.

Sincerely,

Connectivity Map Team
