Dear Colleagues, We are looking for a PhD level person with experience in bioinformatics/computational analysis of multi-omics data, to collaborate with the staff of the NEI Laboratory of Immunology. The position announcement is attached.
Most of the recent work in the Laboratory of Immunology include 16S and whole genome bacterial metagenomics, single cell, bulk and long-read RNA-Seq transcriptomics, ATACseq and CHIP-Seq.
