Hello Everyone,

I am looking for a Computational Biologist position. I am an experienced
computational biologist specializing in high-dimensional statistical and
machine learning analysis, software and methods development, molecular
modeling, molecular dynamics simulation, and bioinformatics. Accomplished
driving projects from concept through data analysis to publication. Proficient
in several programming languages, software tools, data science packages, and
high-performance computing. Google Scholar h-index 11, i10-index
12<https://scholar.google.co.uk/citations?user=CjajTzYAAAAJ&hl=en>.

In my current position at the Center for Human Immunology (CHI), NIAID, NIH I

  *   Developed HDStIM<https://cran.r-project.org/package=HDStIM>, a novel
high-dimensional method for analyzing single-cell signaling responses to immune
cell stimulations (mass cytometry).
  * Applied the HDStIM approach to integrate human population variation and
single-cell response heterogeneity in a pediatric cohort to generate new
hypotheses on human immune development. Followed by several other
high-parameter studies.
  * Developed a machine-learning framework for identifying circulating blood
proteins predictive of early and late COVID-19 recoverers.
  * Developed a novel statistical method for discovering alternative
marker(s) in manually gated cell populations in flow cytometry.
  * Implemented an automated and high-dimensional analysis pipeline for
mass/flow cytometry data.
  * Executed a pilot to establish a spatial transcriptomics analysis pipeline.
  * Tested and implemented several off-the-shelf analysis pipelines and
solutions.

I am attaching my resume to this email and would greatly appreciate any leads.

Thank you,

Rohit
