My understanding is that BioSQL support in Biojava is only available in the legacy code, 1.x, which is no longer maintained, and is not currently supported in the current Biojava version, 3.x.
Could someone verify the correctness of that in principle? Even better, would someone be willing to update the BioSQL documentation on the website accordingly as it pertains to Biojava? The links here all still go into subversion repos, but I’m having trouble identifying where they should go instead.
