An adult male King eider was present at 11:30 this morning (Sunday) off the foot of Fruitland Rd., Stony Creek, in with a large flock of ducks which were predominantly White-winged scoters. This is presumably the same individual reported by others several days ago, and arguably the same individual which has now wintered in the area for 5 consecutive years.
