Wednesday, January 8... Mid to late afternoon...a large flock (80-90)
of very silent Robins descended upon a dense cedar thicket adjacent to
our rural property at 551 Pigeon Creek Road near Janetville. Drinking
from roadside puddles and dining on sumac along the edge of the thicket,
they then seemed to settle deep into the cedars for the night.
Nearest major intersection: Golf Course Road and HWY 35 about 15 min
drive south of Lindsay.
