A Snowy Owl, possibly the same bird reported previously by Maris Apse, was
seen today Sun 19th about noon. It was perched on the top of a bare tree in
a field west of 4th Line; halfway between Hwy 109 and 25 Sideroad. In the
immediate background were a north/south fence line; a large mound that
looked like earth and farm buildings.

For those of you who use GPSs, the roadside waypoint is N 43 50.680 – W 080
25.106.

Earlier, on County Road 16, south of Hwy 109 there was a small flock of Snow
Buntings.
