Hi All!
I have just had a phone call from Kevin saying that he had a 2nd
Winter/Alternate King Eider off Frederick Avenue in Stoney Creek.
The nice thing about this splendid wintering bird is that it has developed a
nearly full circular knob on it's bill, and it was seen very close in.
Directions: QEW Niagara, exit Fruitland Road, head to the Lake, left on
North Service Road, right on Lakeview Avenue to Frederick Avenue. The bird
may also have moved South and might be found off the Manor Restaurant, which
is closed on Sundays.
