A quick trip to check out the local lagoons resulted in a breeding plumaged adult EARED GREBE. It was in the North/West cell.

Exeter lagoons are located northwest of Exeter, about 30 miles north of London. Go north on highway # 4 to 83 highway. Go west one concession and turn south. Entrance is about a quarter mile on the left. Just a reminder that the lagoons are posted "No Trespassing" but a no charge birding pass can be obtained at the Town Office at the corner of Main and Sanders during business hours. Passes are good for a calendar year. Park outside the lagoons and walk in.
