Dear Fellow Birders Seabrooke Leckie and myself went out today to see if anything came up with the 'hurricane' that came through yesterday. Despite spending a couple of hours on the pier at the Burlington Lift Bridge not much was seen at all. The best bird was a female Surf Scoter seen flying west along the lake, which I thought was pretty early.
Directions: Exit the QEW at Eastport Drive and follow it over the lift bridge and there is a parking lot on the left side of the road (lake side) just after passing over.
