Birders,

Early morning at Hillman Marsh had some good finds.

Hudsonian Godwit- fed briefly at the south side of the 2nd con. Bridge then moved to the SW corner.
Lesser Yellowlegs- 1 same.
Black-bellied Plover 1 flyby
Short-eared Owl 1- This individual was at a extremely high altitude... odd indeed. Snow Geese- A mixed flock of Tundra Swans and if I remember correctly 7 Snow/Blue mix.

At 8:00am there were thousands of Ring-billed Gulls that moved in from their roost. They gathered for an hour or so and then moved out.

Good Birding,

Dean Ware
