[Ontbirds] Barrow's Goldeneye @ Presqu'ile.

Bruce DiLabio found a male Barrow's Goldeneye off Owen Point at 
Presqu'ile Provincial Park this afternoon.  It was still there at 14:45h.
Follow the signs from Brighton to the Park and pick up a tabloid at the 
gate, which has a map showing Owen Point.
