Our crew, returning from Pelee, were fortunate enough to see and photograph the bird at 4:00 p.m. May 17th at the Tollgate Ponds.
This was our fourth Wilson's for the trip - Phalarope [Blenheim], Warbler, Snipe and of course Plover ... not bad Geoff Carpentier, Tony Bigg, Bob Prentice, Clayton Vardy and Bill Stone Tollgate Ponds are located on Eastport Drive between the Canada Centre for Inland Water building and Pier 25 in Hamilton.
