To day Sunday Jan.16 05 I head out in  to the Tommy Thompson park hear
in Toronto to look for and I did find the first year mail King Eider out
off of panicle A ( or near the light house ) also seen all 3 Scoter
speeches , 3 N Goshawk's and 2 Great Gray Owl's 
 
Will I was their I was intervened by CFTO news regarding the park and
the GGOW invasion in to southern Ont. I believe it's on tonight's news! 
 
Also to add on to Karl's post regarding black birds coming back early do
to the worm front last week , yesterday will driving to my nephews
wedding in Port Hope , Bev and I saw 3 Grackles near Pringle creek in
Whitby , I have seen Grackles in the winter in Ont but not this year !
 
My Nephew and his new wife are avid birders and for fun Bev and I did a
day list of "Birds we saw on the way to your wedding "from Toronto to
Port Hope we counted 46 speeches including the Sand Hill Crane in Whitby
Harbor a bird of luck I understand! I hope they had a good laugh opened
that card.

st. hear in Toronto it is open to the public on weekends and holidays
