Reporting for Tom Bolohan Seen this morning for the first time, a Snowy Owl, west of Tilbury on Essex County Rd 42, between County Rd 35 (Comber Rd) and Townline Rd. Look on the north side of the road by house #2225, there are 2 hedge rows and the owl has been around the hedge rows and snow drifts.
