I saw the first 3 Great Blue Herons back in the Colony/Heronry on Taunton
Rd. in between Scarborough Town Line & Altona.
Directions: Take any exit from # 401 and drive north as far as
Steeles/Taunton Rd. On the north side of Steeles/Taunton Rd. between
Scarborough Town Line & Altona is a Colony/Heronry of well over 30 nests
belonging to the GBH's.
